Short Biography: I am the Director of the Teaching Learning Center at Dutchess Community College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Also, I am the campus Multimedia Instructional Designer for SUNY (State University of New York). For the past 10 years, I have specialized in distance education as an instructional technologist, multimedia designer, DL director and online instructor. My current reseach involves the impact the Web 2.0 and 3.0 technologies have on the future of distance learner.
